Processing connected with the web services of this website is carried out in the aforementioned head office of Vox Gentium S.r.l. and is only carried out by technical personnel in charge of processing. None of the data deriving from the web service is communicated or diffused.  The personal details provided by the users that send requests of different kinds are used with the sole objective of performing the service requested.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

Personal details refer to any kind of information related to a person that allows for identification of such person, such as for example name, age, telephone number, email address and postal address (“Personal Details”).

Details necessary:

Vox Gentium S.r.l. does not request or collect Personal Details intentionally from or related to children (14 years of age or less) without the consent of parents or their guardians and does not intentionally sell services to children. If Vox Gentium S.r.l. was to become aware of the fact that it acquired personal details provided by a child, it will make every possible effort to cancel such Personal Details as soon as possible from its files.

If a parent requests a modification or cancellation of the data related to its child before Vox Gentium S.r.l. has been able to identify and eliminate such data, in this case Vox Gentium S.r.l. will satisfy this request.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data is processed using automated instruments for the amount of time strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which they have been collected.  If this elaboration does not achieve the objective for which it has been provided, Vox Gentium S.r.l. will cancel it within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of the last use.  Specific safety measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access and traced in a specific register for processing in accordance with regulations as per the European Regulation art. 30 2016/679.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested parties to whom personal details refer have the right, at any time, to acquire confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and access to personal data in compliance with art. 15 of the Regulation: to be aware of the contents and origin, to check the accuracy or request integration or updating, or modification in compliance with article 16 of the same regulation.  Furthermore, the interested party has the right to request cancellation (better known as the “right to oblivion” in compliance with article 17), transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of processed data in violation of the law, as well as objection (art. 20) in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
